Paella Party

This past weekend we helped Pastaworks celebrate 28 years in business at both their locations in Portland, Oregon. We had a blast! So many people loved the paella that we made and wanted to know how to make it, that I've added this link to a previous blog posting where we gave step-by-step directions for making paella using our delicious Paella Sofrito Sauce.



Several customers commented that they couldn't eat seafood and they thought that paella always had to contain seafood. Nothing could be further from the truth, your paella could even be vegetarian or vegan!
The paella we made at Pastaworks had chicken and chorizo and it was delicious.
All of the prep work is done for you with our sauce. 
We spent less than an hour on our paella.
No excuses, get out those paella pans and start cooking!
